1. Walk 10000 Steps.

Join us ‘Brisk Walking’ to start your fitness program. Walking is an aerobic form of activity to promote your heart health, reduce osteoporosis, strengthen your muscles at the same time a simple under taking without much cost.

Our general activities at home and workplace in a day only makes out 4000-5000 steps, that does not balance your daily calories intake hence, we have problem managing our weight. So, gear yourself with proper attire and shoes, brisk walking 30 mins daily or at least 5 times/week.

As a community event, Medinor will initiate this year’s session with, Brisk Walking at:

(i)                   Laman Duta Diplomatic Precint 15, 30th January 2010

(ii)                 Promenade (Putrajaya Club) Precint 8

(iii)                Sports Track, Section 15 Bangi

2. Community Wellness

We are living in a century and society where lifestyle contributes to the biggest cost of chronic diseases. Managing personal wellness by being proactive about your personal health, your family’s health, and your health at workplace should translate into incentives for community wellness.

Our programs aimed at not just awareness but participation of groups in the community to undertake fitness activities, conduct health seminars and initiate access to health screening. In our strategy, Medinor OneHealth Centre will be able to undertake specific lifestyle management project as in Cardio Vision 2020 – ie Prevention of Cardiovascular disease through community action.
