Introduction to the mediNOR OneHealth Survey
We invite you to participate in our health survey through these set of 30 questionnaires. It is our wellness tool to identify your general health risks, through assessing your lifestyle, nutrition knowledge, medical parameters, risk to women’s and men’s health, your family history of chronic diseases and your current medical conditions.
You will receive a personalised health risk score as well as advice through which we hope to promote and encourage you to plan healthy lifestyle goals. The survey will also aggregate group reports of health risks in your office population to enable you to plan appropriate wellness programs.
The mediNOR OneHealth Survey precedes a more comprehensive Health Risk Appraisal (HRA) in our mediNOR Wellness Consulting Programs.
