Medinor OneHealth breaks is a short session presentation of relevant health issues. This session will cover one or two selected topics for a specific group of audience. The topics commonly requested are :

OBJECTIVES

  • To elucidate specific understanding of health and wellness issues
  • To create awareness of health risks
  • To motivate positive behaviour changes and healthy lifestyles
  • To set personal and group goals of health initiatives

PROGRAM METHODOLOGY

Lecture session with Q&A – 1 ½ hours per topic. OneHealth break programs can be integrated into your in-house training programs or company events.
