Health Risk Appraisal

The backbone of wellness program at the worksite is health screening. It is the first major activity a company should do just starting a wellness program. A health Risk Appraisal (HRA) is many times used in conjunction with a health screening.

Medinor OneHealth has designed our own computerized HRA. Our HRA consists of questionnaires which looks at an individual’s family history, health status and lifestyle. It seeks to identify risk associated with chronic or serious illness in relation to the individual medical parameters, diet, fitness level and habits. At the end of the survey, a personal report will be produced.
